Is There A Way Or App to Choose Which Friends Stay On Your 'Top Friends' List Permanetly?

Since facebook's Timeline launch. I've noticed little annoying occurance. The 'top friends' list only lists 6 friends but that's not what annoys me, what annoys me is that every time i refresh the page, there is a different set of 6 six friends on the 'top friends' list. There should be a way where we can set the top friends permanetly should it would stay with those 'top friends' now matter how many times you refresh the page. Besides, this little 'kink', i like timeline, is something that i wanted since moving to facebook from myspace. 


It Kinda a took me for a long time to move to facebook, i liked myspace mainly for two reason one i could view stuff i posted in the past, at the time it was easier then facebook's constantly clicking on older posts to go back. I signed up for facebook on Abril 27, 2007, but didn't start posting until 2009. The second reason why i moved to facebook was cause one of my friends who stayed on myspace for much longer time than most of my friends moved to facebook, and then i really had no friends to talk to on myspace. So finally i gave up on myspace as we all did, and i became a facebooker. Don't mean to bore you with this little info. 


Now back to the main topic of this post, i'd like to know it there is a way or app to choose which friends are on your 'top friends' permanetly so, that it doesn't change every time you refresh the page.
