Facebook officially launched their Timeline service worldwide, and although there is controversy about the new Timeline profile, which ronologicals your posts, in other words lets you see what you posted in the past. For example since its New Year's eve say like in January you wanted to go back to something you posted on Christmas Day 2011
To describe it a little easier, when are on profile page, your profile has now turned into a timeline of your posts from recent posts to the first thingyou ever posted on facebook, for example say wanted to go to a date in the past Christmas Day 2010 or 211 now you can do that Mashable has an excelente article on the difference between Timeline and the old facebook profile.
